Getting your order

Campus pickup

Everything in the store is already produced, and every order is picked up on campus — we don't ship.

The Phi Delt Suite on campus — always free

Pick your order up from The Phi Delt Suite on campus. We'll email you once it's bagged and labeled with your name, usually within 2 days.

Placeholder pickup hours: weekdays 4-7pm during the semester.

Orders are handled by brothers between classes, so give us 1-3 days. Big alumni weekends may run a little longer.

Unworn items can be exchanged for another size within 14 days, while stock lasts. Check the size guide before you order to save a trip.

Ask a brother to grab your order, or reach out and we'll figure something out.

Card checkout is coming soon. For now, placing an order records it with the chapter and we email you payment instructions right away.
